brainkit.js is a JavaScript port of three command-line tools and the helpers they import from the
"scientific-brainstorming" agent skill in k-dense-ai/scientific-agent-skills
(skills/scientific-brainstorming/scripts, commit 49c6e97775eaa18ba791bebe23162a70ae601c18, skill
metadata version 1.2):

  evaluate_matrix.py, validate_register.py, session_scaffold.py, _common.py

The skill is published under the MIT License, Copyright (c) 2025 K-Dense Inc.; the licence text is
in LICENSE-scientific-brainstorming-skill.txt. The ported logic keeps the original messages, bounds,
formulas, rounding and tie rule. It was checked against the Python scripts run in-process on fuzzed
inputs (criteria files, scoring sheets, registers, scaffold arguments and --weight-delta values,
valid and malformed): 118,000 runs under CPython 3.14.4 with identical stdout, stderr and exit code
in every run, the final 40,000 of them on the shipped brainkit.js and repeated under CPython
3.13.12 with the same result. Where the Python stops with an uncaught exception (for example a list
where a string is expected, or a CSV field over 100,000 characters) the page reports a crash of the
same exception type instead of a report. Under CPython 3.12 the only difference seen was the
wording of one JSON error (a trailing comma). Known limits of the port: JSON nesting deeper than
900 levels is refused with its own message; Unicode case folding for duplicate-statement warnings
uses the browser's case mapping with the special cases Python differs on; argparse parsing of
option values that begin with "-" is not modelled (the page's command lines use --flag=value).

The skill asks that, if it materially contributes to a manuscript, report, presentation or code
